Good news from the Budget 2024
- National insurance cut by another 2% from April 2024
- Child Benefit Higher Income Charge (CBHIC) reform – threshold increased to £60k, with repayment threshold increased to £80k. Household income reform also announced, to come in 2026.
- Higher rate Capital Gains Tax on property to be reduced from 28% to 24%
- VAT registration threshold increased to £90,000
